{"id":3710,"date":"2016-11-09T21:09:20","date_gmt":"2016-11-09T21:09:20","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/digm.drexel.edu\/?p=3710"},"modified":"2018-01-18T21:21:19","modified_gmt":"2018-01-18T21:21:19","slug":"freelance-web-graphic-designer-who-focus-on-digital-marketing","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/philsinatra.net\/branches\/uxid\/2016\/11\/09\/freelance-web-graphic-designer-who-focus-on-digital-marketing\/","title":{"rendered":"Freelance Web Graphic Designer who focus on Digital Marketing"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>POSITION:<\/strong> Freelance Web &amp; Graphic Designer who focus on Digital Marketing<br \/>\n<strong>COMPANY:<\/strong> Kiros Beauty LLC<br \/>\n<strong>LOCATION:<\/strong> Philadelphia, PA<br \/>\n<strong>REQUIREMENTS:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven working experience in digital marketing<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO\/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and\/or display advertising campaigns<\/li>\n<li>Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate<\/li>\n<li>Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels<\/li>\n<li>Experience with A\/B and multivariate experiments<\/li>\n<li>Solid knowledge of website analytics tools <\/li>\n<li>Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns<\/li>\n<li>Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking<\/li>\n<li>Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>DUTIES:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct a thorough assessment and brand diagnosis of the company, including its external communications and marketing strategy for the purpose of identifying opportunities and improve engagement with customers.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and implement a strategic marketing plan<\/li>\n<li>Plan and execute all web, SEO\/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, motion stop videos and display advertising campaigns<\/li>\n<li>Design, build and maintain our social media presence<\/li>\n<li>Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)<\/li>\n<li>Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights<\/li>\n<li>Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies<\/li>\n<li>Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience<\/li>\n<li>Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points<\/li>\n<li>Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnel<\/li>\n<li>Evaluate emerging technologies.
