Proficiency with the following current web technologies is mandatory: WordPress, HTML\/HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, XML, and OGC web services in the Windows environment. Strong design skills, especially in developing online stores and in developing auto-responder email lists with meticulous attention to detail are necessary to be successful. Experience in creating and working with custom Content Management Systems using PHP and MySQL; experience and skill developing software using object-oriented design principles and sound development practices are all considered to be desirable assets. Drupal experience is a plus.<\/p>\n<p><strong>DUTIES:<\/strong> Specific activities will include the continued creation and implementation of a flexible development strategy based on an existing analysis of the structure, web-technologies, organization, workflow, and content of the current BTC web sites. The candidate will also be required to produce creative solutions intended to increase the online market penetration and # of daily independent visitors of our websites, so as to sell our books, videos, CDs, services, and seminars, with the major goal of promoting Dr. Bruce Eimer, a nationally respected psychologist and author, my organization and its services, to the user community and targeted audiences locally and nationally.<\/p>\n<p><strong>COMPENSATION:<\/strong> Competitive.
